The President noted with satisfaction the active development of the Armenian-Kazakh political dialogue in recent years, emphasizing the importance of high-level mutual visits, as well as the continuous deepening of cooperation in trade, economic, transport, educational, cultural, and high-tech spheres:
Touching upon regional processes, Khachatryan confirmed that establishing sustainable peace in the South Caucasus and unblocking regional communications are among Armenia's priorities. He emphasized that this will create new opportunities for expanding economic and transport cooperation with countries in the region, including Kazakhstan:
