The Armenian Prosecutor General's Office announces that "Araratcement" is under state control

The Armenian Prosecutor General's Office reports that the company "Araratcement," owned by the leader of the "Prosperous Armenia" party, Gagik Tsarukyan, has come under state control. This action is part of a case concerning the confiscation of illegally acquired property.

On July 13, 2026, the Prosecutor General's Office filed a motion with the Anti-Corruption Court for a protective measure that would transfer the management of "Araratcement" shares to the state.

On July 15, 2026, the court granted the prosecutor's request.
