The Prosecutor General of Armenia is demanding the annulment of an auction concerning the sale of real estate owned by the family of the late General Manvel Grigoryan. According to the press service of the supervisory authority, the Tavush region prosecutor's office filed a lawsuit in the Anti-Corruption Court on June 22, 2026, against the auction for the sale of property located at 27 Maxim Gorky Street in Dilijan, which is on the balance sheet of the company "Ara and Aytsemnik," owned by the Grigoryan family. The cadastral value of the property is 189 million 903 thousand drams, approximately corresponding to its market value. The supervisory authority is requesting the court to recognize the auction results as invalid.
On July 1, 2026, the Anti-Corruption Court accepted the lawsuit for consideration and applied a measure to ensure the enforcement of the claim, prohibiting "Ara and Aytsemnik" from alienating or mortgaging the aforementioned property in any form.
