The Prosecutor General's Office demands the return of Gagik Tsarukyan's property located on the shores of Lake Sevan, which previously belonged to the "Multi Group" company.
The prosecution has filed a claim in the anti-corruption court seeking to invalidate the contract dated November 29, 1996, concerning the sale of a land plot of 1.21 hectares and a house of 60 square meters.
Additionally, the prosecution seeks to invalidate contracts signed on September 8, 2000, and January 12, 2001.
As a result of these demands, a land plot of 0.29114 hectares, along with the buildings and structures constructed on it, will be returned to the ownership of the Republic of Armenia.
The anti-corruption court granted the prosecutor's request to prohibit the defendant from performing actions that may lead to a change of ownership of the specified properties.
It is worth noting that Gagik Tsarukyan has been arrested for two months.
