YEREVAN, July 6. The production activities of the bakery of the company "NN Holding" have been temporarily suspended due to violations of sanitary regulations, reported the press service of the Food Safety Inspection Authority of Armenia.
According to the agency, violations were identified during an inspection at the bakery operating in one of the supermarkets of the "88" chain located at: Yerevan, Shirak Street 1/68.
The regulator noted that there were areas with fallen tiles on the walls of the production premises, which did not prevent the accumulation of dirt and the formation of mold. There were also areas with peeling plaster on the ceilings, creating a risk of dirt accumulation, mold formation, and the falling of particles from the ceiling. Additionally, renovation work was being carried out in the premises simultaneously with food production.
By the decision of the head of the Inspection Authority, the production activities of the bakery have been suspended until the identified violations are rectified.
