The Prosecutor's Office demands the return of buildings illegally held by 'Multi Group' on the shores of Lake Sevan:
The Anti-Corruption Court has accepted the lawsuit of the Prosecutor General against 'Beghlu' LLC, the State Property Management Committee, Gagik Tsarukyan, 'Multi Group' LLC, and the 'Sevan' National Park (hereinafter referred to as the NP) to declare the contract dated November 29, 1996, No. 111-2 invalid:
As a result, the Prosecutor's Office demands to invalidate:
- the state registration of rights based on the contract for a land plot of 1.21 ha and a wooden house of 60 sq. m,
- the real estate sale contract signed on September 8, 2000, between 'Beghlu' LLC and Gagik Tsarukyan,
- the agreement to amend the aforementioned contract dated January 12, 2001,
- the lease agreement signed on November 25, 2025, between the NP and 'Multi Group' LLC, and the state registration of rights dated November 28, 2025.
The Prosecutor's Office reports that as a result, a land plot of 0.29114 ha, buildings, and structures built on the land will be returned from the illegal possession of 'Multi Group' LLC to the state of Armenia, including residential houses with an area of 425.12 sq. m:
“The Anti-Corruption Court has granted the Prosecutor's request for interim measures; the defendant is prohibited from taking actions that would lead to a change of ownership of the properties mentioned in the lawsuit or to a change in their actual condition,” the statement said.
