The Prosecutor's Office of Tavush has filed a lawsuit in the Anti-Corruption Court against the company 'Ara and Aytsemenik,' owned by Manvel Grigoryan's family, demanding to annul the auction of real estate located at 27 Maxim Gorky Street in Dilijan, with a cadastral value of 189 million 903 thousand drams.
The Anti-Corruption Court accepted the lawsuit for consideration on July 1, 2026, and applied precautionary measures, prohibiting 'Ara and Aytsemenik' from alienating or mortgaging the aforementioned real estate.
