The lawyer of Tsarukyan, the defense team of businessman Gagik Tsarukyan, has released new documents obtained from the Islamic Republic of Iran, which they claim prove the groundlessness of the charges against their client. Lawyer Yerem Sarkisyan stated that on February 14, 2026, the Multi Group concern filed a complaint with the relevant Iranian authorities against Arman Olamaian, Erfan Olamaian, and Amlet Tumanyan, accusing them of fraud and other crimes.
He also noted that on May 31, 2026, the Multi Group concern sent another complaint, this time against Arman Olamaian, Erfan Olamaian, Amlet Tumanyan, and Khadzhiali Olamaian.
“The documents presented in both complaints contradict the version of the Armenian investigation, which claims that Tsarukyan allegedly acted as part of a group with Amlet Tumanyan, while Arman and Erfan Olamaian are recognized as victims,” the lawyer added.
