The administrative court has confirmed the return of property valued at around 97 million drams located in the village of Aygezard in the Artashat community of the Ararat region, which includes a 4.95-hectare land plot, a 66.1 square meter guard building, and a 21.1 square meter storage facility, to the Republic of Armenia. This was made possible through a settlement agreement between the Prosecutor General's Office, the Cadastre Committee, and a third party.
Once the decision enters into legal force, the ownership rights to the specified properties will be registered under the Republic of Armenia.
It is worth noting that alongside the criminal proceedings initiated by the Investigative Committee, the State Interests Protection Department of the Prosecutor General's Office filed a lawsuit in the administrative court seeking to invalidate the state registration of property rights over the real estate in the Artashat community that was registered on September 12, 2009, in the name of the LLC “Artashat Auto School”.
