By the decree of the President of Armenia Vahagn Khachaturyan, Arsen Torosyan has been appointed Minister of Labor and Social Affairs.
"Based on the Prime Minister's proposal, in accordance with Article 150 of the Constitution, as well as Parts 1 and 2 of Article 3 of the Law on the Structure and Activities of the Government, Arsen Torosyan is appointed Minister of Labor and Social Affairs," the decree states.
