In the first half of 2026, a total of 70 million 626 thousand drams was restored to the state and community in the Ararat region through lawsuits for the protection of state and community interests. The amount restored due to criminal proceedings and the application of prosecutorial measures reached 51 million 930 thousand drams.
Specifically, during the first half of 2026, as a result of prosecutorial intervention, the Ararat community regained a land plot of 1280 sq. m located in the city park area at 36/5 Shahumyan Street, as well as a land plot of 2100 sq. m at 6 Aygi Street.
The total cadastral value of the plots, approximated to the market value, is 7 million 455 thousand drams.
