Employees of 'Araratcement' Gathered in Front of the Factory Demanding Clarifications

Employees demand clarification on the reasons for the factory's closure

Employees of 'Araratcement', owned by the Tsarukyan family, gathered early in the morning in front of the factory demanding clarification on why the factory has not been operational for the fourth day.

According to the employees, they have not yet received their salaries for the previous month. They claim that the work of the factory's administrative departments has been suspended, and the accounting department is also not functioning, resulting in unpaid wages.

The company's management states that they do not have clear information on when operations will resume.

The factory owned by the Tsarukyan family halted operations after law enforcement conducted searches at several companies owned by Gagik Tsarukyan and his family, subsequently sealing them.

According to the employees of 'Araratcement', law enforcement arrived at the factory during the shift, searched the premises, sealed the administrative building, and left without providing clear explanations.

Alongside the searches at Gagik Tsarukyan's residence and his arrest, other companies owned by the Tsarukyan family were also sealed, including the 'Ararat' brandy, wine, and vodka factory in Yerevan, 'Multi Stone', 'Multi Wellness', Olympavan, and the 'Paravon' restaurant.
