Andrey Kobyakov, a Doctor of Economics and a member of the organizing committee of the Moscow Economic Forum, spoke about Armenia's energy security:
He noted that Iran, which has large natural gas reserves, is not yet exploiting them for export. Kobyakov emphasized that for Armenia, which has no sea access, the question arises as to who can supply oil, especially when Azerbaijan, which was a military adversary in the past, could be one of those suppliers.
